All RCP Tracks sold in the US are drop shipped from our warehouse. If a specific track is in stock at our warehouse, than all US distributors, dealers and stores have it in stock. Check our "Stock Status" page for day to day stock status.
We manfuacture two different sizes of track. Our 50cm tracks incorporate square tiles measuring 20" x 20". With a standard two tile width track, the lane width from inside to inside rail is 33". Our 30cm tracks incorporate square tiles measuring 12" x 12". With a standard two tile width track, the lane width from inside to inside rail is 19". By adding blank tiles from either our expansion kits or blank tile kits, you can increase the lane width in increments of 20" (50cm tracks) and 12" (30cm tracks).
Please not that 30cm tracks purchased from Kyosho Japan and their distributors overseas, have a different rail thickness than tracks sold in the US, Canada and Spain. You can still connect the tracks together, but the rails will be different heights. There may be other differences from country to country. Please contact us with any questions you may have when purchasing tracks from multiple countries.
Please note, due to the manufacturing process that creates the rough surface and temperature changes from the factory, there can be up to a 1/16th of an inch or greater difference in tile thickness. 1/24th scale cars and larger don't usually have an issue with the tile thickness difference, but when smaller RC cars are used, users may need to put a piece of tape under the thinner tile at the joint to help even out the surfaces.

RCP Tracks Mini-96 Part # 13096 $210 The Mini-96 is a unique track that uses smaller tiles to allow for longer road courses in limited spaces. The Mini-96 track measures 7’ 9” X 11’ 8” and can be used by itself or combined with other tracks to create larger and more challenging road courses. The track lane width is approx. 19” wide from inside to inside rail. This track is not recommended for beginners who run 1/24 scale cars unless the RCP expansion kit is purchased to widen the lane width. Everything is included in the Mini-96 kit to create the layout shown in adjacent picture. No additional pieces are needed. Kit includes 1 1/8” tall soft side rails and strong threaded attachment pins that secure the rails to the track. No need to worry about the rails coming off from car impacts. RCP Tracks Mini Expansion Kit Part # 32436 The mini expansion kit by RCP is a great addition to the Mini 96 kit. Each expansion kit includes 24 straight tiles/rails + 36 blank tiles.The blank tiles allow you to widen the lane widths of your track in 12” increments. When adding blank tiles, your overall track layout will grow in length, so RCP Tracks includes 24 straight tiles and rails to make up the difference. The expansion kit includes 1 1/8” tall soft side rails and strong threaded attachment pins that secure the rails to the track. No need to worry about the rails coming off from car impacts. You can remove the rails after use or store them with the rails connected for faster set up time.Track comes with two racing surfaces, smooth for loose racing or textured for high level grip when using soft rubber tire compounds. Quick Mini-45's
RCP Quick Mini-45 Kit Part #30012
The new Quick Mini-45 kit is a great addition to the Mini-96 track kit and can be combined with the new Mini Straight kit to make complete layouts. The Mini-45 kit contains (12) 45 tiles + 12 outside turn rails + 12 inside turn rails + 6 inside 90 degree turn rails + bag of PINS. We include the (6) inside turn 90 degree rails for users that want to combine the 45 tiles to make 90 degree sections.
The new tiles measure 24" x 24" when two 45 tiles are joined together to make a 90 degree turn. You can turn the 45 tiles 180 degrees from each other to create chicanes and twisting turn sections. The new 45 tiles will connect up to the original Mini-96 track tiles.

The Mini-45's can be combined with pieces from the original Mini-96 track kits as well as with the new Quick Mini-Straights.
The Mini-45's can be turned 180 degrees from one another to form chicanes and curving turns.
Combine two Mini-45's together to form a complete 90. The Quick Mini-45 kit contains 90 degree inside turn rails, to complete the 90 turn.

The new Quick Mini-Straight Kit is a great addition to the Mini-96 track kit and can be combined with the new Quick Mini-45's to create complete track layouts. The new Mini-Straights come as one piece with rails on both sides. One Mini-Straight tile section takes up the same space as 4 Mini-96 straights. No seem down the middle and less joints makes this new kit when combined with the Quick Mini-45's a must have for small scale RC cars such as the Kyosho Mini-z and the Kyosho dNaNo.
The Mini-Straight kit contains 10 complete one piece straight sections + 20 straight rails + BAG of PINS.

RCP Tracks 3 Piece Finish Line Part # C330XF
RCP 3 piece finish line tiles are a great addition to the Mini-96 kit when using the RCP 32436 expansion kit. This 3 piece tile kit comes with all the pieces needed to extend the finish line print across all three tiles. The finish line is printed across all three tiles. Kit includes two side straight tiles and one blank tile with a finish line print on both sides.

RCP Tracks Blank Mini Tiles Part # 30020
RCP blank mini tiles are a great addition to your current track if you are looking to increase the lane width. Each tile measures 12” X 12” and comes with interlocking links on all four sides. Install them at the curves to allow more room in the turns or widen a large straight section to allow more room to pass. Tiles come with two racing surfaces, smooth for loose racing or textured for high level grip when using soft rubber tire compounds. Each 30020 kit comes with a quantity of 30 blank RCP tiles.

RCP Tracks Rail Liners Part # P-1000
RCP rail liners are a great addition to your current track. Not only do they help protect the surface of the inside rails, they also help your car slide off the barrier in competition environments. You can install them on turns or add them to straight rails that receive most of the impacts. There are 5 liners per kit. Each liner measures 40" long and 1 1/8" tall. They come perforated in two spots that allow you to bend up the liners at the front and back of the rail with ease. The liners were designed with two perforations per liner to help lock in the rail and prevent them from coming off. NOTE: You will need to cut the liners at various locations to allow space for the rail pins. Also, some material needs to be cut away at the turns to allow for a smoother bend around the track rails.
